    Orders and Shipping

    How long does it take for me to receive my order?

    Orders can take up to 10 working days to be delivered.

    Where is my order delivered to?

    We use PARGO as our courier service. They deliver to the collection point you selected at check out. They do not deliver to your home or work address.

    How will I know when to collect my order?

    When PARGO delivers to the collection point you chose at checkout, you will receive an SMS and an email informing you to collect.

    How do I change my shipping address?

    Click on the "My Account" link at the top of our site. There you can change your addresses (billing and shipping) and add other addresses as well.
    However... once you have completed your order, you cannot change the Pargo pickup point yourself. Please call our Call centre on 0861-555-656 to see if the address can be changed, but if Pargo has already collected it from us, then it can't be changed.

    How long do I have to collect my order?

    8 days. Your order will remain at the collection point for 8 days. After that, it will be returned to our warehouse.

    How do I track the status of my order?

    Click on "My Account" found in the menu or footer. Here you can view your order history and status. To track your delivery through PARGO, use the information that PARGO sends you via SMS and email.

    How do I create an account?

    Proceed with your order, and it will automatically create an account for you when you fill in your details at checkout.

    Will you keep my credit card information on file?

    No. We do not even see your credit card details, let alone keep them. You are redirected to a secure third party payment gateway.

    Where do you ship to?

    Pargo only ships within South Africa.

    Will my items come in one package?

    Yes. One order � one package.

    What is your returns policy?

    We are so confident about all of our products that we offer a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee. Contact our call center and they will sort it out for you.

    Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

    No. Sold out items automatically hide themselves from the website so you can't buy them.

    Realistically, because we manufacture our bottles locally, and fill them locally, we will never be out of stock for longer than 2 weeks on any of our fragrances, so if you can't find your favourite from our lists, just keep coming back because it will return in stock within a few days.
