Because we only use one courier, this is quite straight forward.

We use Pargo as our sole, preferred courier for all our deliveries. Instead of delivering to your home or place of work, Pargo has a network of collection points around the country. Here is the delivery process:

These are the most common questions we get asked:

Orders can take up to 10 working days to be delivered.

We use PARGO as our courier service. They deliver to the collection point you selected at check out. They do not deliver to your home or work address.

When PARGO delivers to the collection point you chose at checkout, you will receive an SMS and an email informing you to collect.

Click on the “My Account” link at the top of our site. There you can change your addresses (billing and shipping) and add other addresses as well.
However… once you have completed your order, you cannot change the Pargo pickup point yourself. Please call our Call centre on 0861-555-656 to see if the address can be changed, but if Pargo has already collected it from us, then it can’t be changed.

8 days. Your order will remain at the collection point for 8 days. After that, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Click on “My Account” found in the menu or footer. Here you can view your order history and status. To track your delivery through PARGO, use the information that PARGO sends you via SMS and email.
